Property Share Investment Trust REIT IPO: Key Details

The object and purpose of the Property Share Investment Trust is to carry on the activity of a small and medium real estate investment trust, as permissible under the REIT Regulations and applicable law, to raise funds through the Property Share Investment Trust, to make investments in accordance with the REIT Regulations and the investment strategy set out in the Trust Offer Document and to carry on the activities as may be required for operating the Property Share Investment Trust, including incidental and ancillary matters thereto.
